One of the unique things about Red Lobster's menu is that you are allowed to create your own seafood feast from a list of wonderfully prepared seafood staples that include seafood stuffed flounder, garlic shrimp scampi, grilled salmon, snow crab legs, grilled sirloin steak, shrimp linguine alfredo, coconut shrimp, and crab linguine alfredo. You are allowed to choose either two or three of the menu items as well as a side item with your meal. Each mail is also served with Red Lobster's garden or Caesar salad and signature cheese biscuits.
If you do not want to create your own feast, you can choose from a wide range of wonderful seafood dishes. For those who are concerned with their diet, Red Lobster also offers its 'LightHouse Selections', which allow you to indulge yourself in delectable seafood without going overboard.
Red Lobster includes a bar and also serves a variety of specialty drinks. Is play on the classic Margarita is called the Lobsterita, which is an extra large frozen margarita made with Sauza Gold tequila and is available in traditional or strawberry flavors. Some of their other specialty drinks include the Sunset Passion Colada, Alotta Colada, and Bahama Mama.
